Przedmiotem konkursu jest sporządzenie przez uczestników konkursu zgodnie z warunkami regulaminu, spójnej i całościowej koncepcji urbanistyczno - architektonicznej budowy zespołu budynków wielorodzinnych społecznych przy ul. Młodej w Kielcach. Konkurs jest konkursem dwuetapowym, nieograniczonym i realizacyjnym tzn. w którym Nagrodą jest nagroda pieniężna oraz zaproszenie autora (Uczestnika konkursu), którego praca otrzymała I nagrodę, do negocjacji w trybie zamówienia z wolnej ręki, w celu wykonania usługi na podstawie pracy konkursowej. Przedmiot usługi został opisany w Istotnych postanowieniach umowy stanowiących Załącznik nr 6 do Regulaminu konkursu. Celem Konkursu jest uzyskanie najlepszej, pod względem urbanistycznym, architektonicznym, przestrzennym i funkcjonalno-użytkowym, koncepcji dla inwestycji dotyczącej budowy zespołu budynków wielorodzinnych społecznych przy ul. Młodej w Kielcach.
