Der Bauherr, die Bädergesellschaft Böhmetal GmbH, beabsichtigt die Freibadanlage in Bomlitz zu sanieren. Die Ausschreibung umfasst die Schlosser- und Metallbauarbeiten im Rahmen der Grundsanierung des Freibads „Waldbad Bomlitz“. Zu den Hauptleistungen gehören die Fertigung, Lieferung und fachgerechte Montage von Bauteilen aus feuerverzinktem und pulverbeschichtetem Baustahl, Edelstahl (V2A und V4A) sowie Aluminium. Hauptmassen aus den Ausschreibungsunterlagen: - Geländer und Handläufe: Installation diverser Geländer und Handläufe im Außenbereich (Rampen, Außentreppen, Beckeneinstiege) aus V2A- und elektropoliertem V4A-Edelstahl inklusive der Herstellung zugehöriger Beton-Punktfundamente und Bohrungen. - Sicherheitstüren: Demontage von Bestandstüren sowie Lieferung und Einbau diverser ein- und zweiflügeliger Stahlblech-Sicherheitstüren der Einbruchschutzklasse RC2 (z. T. mit T30-Brandschutzanforderung) für das Funktionsgebäude und die Technikbereiche. - Stahltreppe: Errichtung einer feuerverzinkten Stahl-Treppen- und Podestkonstruktion inklusive Gitterroststufen, Podestbelägen, Wandhandläufen und Industriegeländern für die Technikzentrale. - Toranlage: Lieferung und Installation eines elektrisch betriebenen, zweiteiligen Rollgittertors aus Aluminium (ca. 6,00 m Breite x 2,30 m Höhe) mit Sicherheitstechnik zur Einlassbegrenzung. - Sonderkonstruktionen: Erstellung einer Stahl-Unterkonstruktion mit Gitterrosten für ein Sonnenschutz-Vordach sowie die Montage einer 4,30 m langen Notabstiegsleiter aus V4A mit Steigschutz in einem Betonschacht.
