Gegenstand des Verfahrens Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt, für anstehende Aufgaben externe Services rund um 3D-Laserscanning in Anspruch zu nehmen. Ziel dieser Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss eines (1) Rahmenvertrags mit einem spezialisierten, Unternehmen, um den Prozess der Angebotserstellung und -vergabe effizient und flexibel zu gestalten. Die Rahmenvereinbarung ist zunächst auf 24 Monate angelegt, mit der zweimaligen Option zur Verlängerung um je 12 Monate, insgesamt maximal 48 Monate. Der Vertragswert über die gesamte Vertragslaufzeit inklusive der Verlängerungsoptionen beträgt maximal 4.000.000Euro. Die Leistungen werden auf Projektbasis abgerufen. Der Auftraggeber beschreibt die erforderlichen Arbeitspakete einschließlich des verfügbaren Zeitrahmens für jede geplante Leistung. Kommerziell und vertraglich gelten die Bedingungen des ausgeschriebenen Rahmenvertrages als Grundlage.
