Politiets fellestjenester (PFT), hereafter called the contracting authority, shall enter into a framework agreement for employee surveys. Based on previous years' procurements, the contracting authority, without obligations, estimates a total likely extent of approx. NOK 3 million excluding VAT during the contract period, including options. Due to unforeseen events or major changes in the contracting authority ́s needs, there may be a greater need for the products than the probable estimate. The conditions are estimated to increase the extent up to an estimated value of NOK 4.5 million excluding VAT. The contracting authority will enter into a contract with 1 tenderer. The Working Environment Act gives an statutory requirement that employers shall have an overview and be able to map employees ́ working environment. An employee survey and working environment survey for the entire agency fulfil the legal requirement and it is a good development tool for managers to develop a good and productive working environment. The tenderer contract shall offer solid professional competence and experience in this area, both in regards to implementation and analysis of major surveys and consultancy services. The surveys are usually carried out at fixed intervals, with it must also be possible to carry out minor limited surveys in periods. The police require different types of employee surveys/working environment surveys. The surveys are personal, and each employee in the Police shall receive an individual link.
