Los 1 - Lieferung von 6 Stück Standard-Niederflur-Linienbus_Diesel im Jahr 2027 und Optional 1 Stück Standard-Niederflur-Linienbus_Diesel bis Q3/2028 Der Auftraggeber ist berechtigt, während der Vertragslaufzeit bis zu 1 Stück Standard-Niederflur-Linienbus_Diesel gemäß den in Los 1 beschriebenen Spezifikationen zu bestellen. Die Bestellung erfolgt durch schriftliche Abrufmitteilung und kann nach Zuschlagserteilung bis spätestens 10.12.2027 erfolgen. Der Auftragnehmer ist verpflichtet, die Busse zu den im Angebot vereinbarten Konditionen bis spätestens Q3/2028 zu liefern. Das Nichtabrufen der Option stellt keinen Vertragsbruch dar und begründet keine Schadensersatzansprüche
