Předmětem veřejné zakázky je pořízení 200 t těstovin (dále jen „těstovin“) a jejich ochraňování. Těstoviny budou jako součást státních hmotných rezerv (dále jen „HR“) majetkem ČR. Správa státních hmotných rezerv jako zadavatel v souladu se zákonem č. 97/1993 Sb., o působnosti Správy státních hmotných rezerv, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, zajišťuje obranyschopnost a obranu státu, odstraňování následků krizových situací ochranu důležitých hospodářských zájmů státu. Předmět VZ je rozdělen na 5 samostatných částí, a sice: 1. část VZ: Dodávka a ochraňování 40 tun těstovin, 2. část VZ: Dodávka a ochraňování 40 tun těstovin, 3. část VZ: Dodávka a ochraňování 40 tun těstovin, 4. část VZ: Dodávka a ochraňování 40 tun těstovin, 5. část VZ: Dodávka a ochraňování 40 tun těstovin.
