Przedmiotem zamówienia jest czyszczenie wraz z odbiorem wytworzonego odpadu i diagnostyka techniczna systemu kanalizacji deszczowej na terenie miasta Starachowice: „Zielono – niebieska infrastruktura w Gminie Starachowice – kompleksowe działania dostosowujące do zmian klimatu”. Część I – Obszar Północny miasta Starachowice Szczegółowy przedmiot zamówienia określa załącznik nr 1 do SWZ „Opis przedmiotu zamówienia” (zwany OPZ). Zamawiający wymaga zatrudnienia przez Wykonawcę lub podwykonawcę na podstawie stosunku pracy, w rozumieniu art. 22 § 1 ustawy z dnia 26 czerwca 1974 r. Kodeks pracy, osób wykonujących wskazane czynności związane z realizacją zamówienia, tj. czyszczeniem i opróżnianiem kanałów ściekowych.
