Ces installations et équipements permettent d'assurer le confort climatique en termes de chauffage, climatisation et de renouvellement d'air, ainsi que de production d'eau chaude sanitaire. Il peut aussi s'agir d'équipements dédiés au traitement thermique et hydrométrique de locaux sensibles. Les prestations comprennent : La maintenance préventive de tous les équipements de productions ainsi que de leur émetteurs (évaporateurs/condenseurs). La maintenance curative y compris le remplacement de pièces. Les travaux d'amélioration y compris le remplacement complet d'installation. Les prestations sont réparties en 4 lots
