1. Przedmiotem Zamówienia jest dostawa części do układu elektronicznego pojazdów typu Varsovia na warunkach wskazanych w Specyfikacji Technicznej (dalej: ST), stanowiącej opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia i będącej integralną częścią niniejszej SWZ (załącznik nr 1 do SWZ), oraz we Wzorze Umowy (załącznik nr 2 do SWZ). 2.Zakres Przedmiotu Zamówienia obejmuje dostawę fabrycznie nowych (oryginalnie zapakowanych, nieposiadających śladów użycia) części elektronicznych do pojazdów metra typu Varsovia wskazanych w załączniku nr 1 do ST.
