Die Ruhrbahn GmbH schreibt im Zuge der Umbaumaßnahme am Mülheimer Hauptbahnhof Gerüstbauarbeiten, inkl. die Errichtung eines temporären Notdachs aus. Die Leistungen umfassen insbesondere die Planung, Montage, Vorhaltung und den Rückbau eines ca. 3.000 m² großen Flächengerüstes mit wasserdichter PVC-Dachabdichtung, Entwässerungseinrichtungen, Einhausungen und Bautenschutzmaßnahmen. Die Ausführung erfolgt abschnittsweise im laufenden Betrieb gemäß Abbruchkonzept und umfasst zudem sämtliche erforderlichen Werk- und Montageplanungen einschließlich Nebenleistungen. Die Ausführung soll voraussichtlich im August 2026 beginnen; die Vorhaltezeit beträgt ca. 18 Monate.
