ISSR är belägen på Bohusgatan 24 - 26 på Södermalm i Stockholm, kv. Nätet 2. Objektets area är 7 349 kvm BTA och berörd tomtarea är ca 3 000 kvm. Skolan är från 1944 och är q-klassad i detaljplanen och grönklassad enligt Stockholms stadsmuseums klassning. Klassningen gäller fasader, trapphus samt aula i hus B. Entreprenaden omfattar ombyggnad av ventilation och byte av ventilationsaggregat i hus C och D. Fläktrummet i hus D utökas och ett nytt utvändigt ventilationstorn byggs. Renovering av mottagningskök och matsal samt byte av bjälklag, stambyte, byte av el, kanalisation och belysning. Installation av nytt separerat brand- och inbrottslarm, en mindre anpassning av NO-salar samt tillskapande av fler WC. Hela skolan kommer att tomställas inför renoveringen. Utvändiga mark-, schakt- grundläggnings- och anläggningsarbeten omfattas av deltid, se AFC.44 Entreprenaden innehåller en option, se AFC.1.
