Sie besteht aus: - "Warmausgabe" mit Warmhaltebehältern in Theke, "Hustenblende", Beleuchtung, etc. - "Kochen" mit E-Induktionsherd,Arbeitstisch, Kombidämpfer, etc. - "Vorbereiten" mit diversen Tischen und Schränken sowie Wasseranschluss, etc. - "Spülen" mit einer Haubenspülmaschine und Geschirrbrause, mit Wasserenthärter, etc. - "Trockenlager" mit Kühl- und Gefrierschrank und diverse Regale, etc. Die Einrichtungsgegenstände sind überwiegend in Edelstahl gefertigt.
