Los 1 Lieferung von Mittagessen für die Schulverpflegung Pestalozzischule Ziel dieser Ausschreibung ist es, einen geeigneten Auftragnehmer (AN) für die Lieferung von regenerationsfähigen Speisen (Cook & Chill) für das Mittagessen von Schülerinnen und Schülern (SuS) an zwei Bremerhavener Ganztagsgrundschulen zu vergeben. Los 1 Pestalozzischule: Es wird eine Lieferung von 140.181 Speisen für die Laufzeit von 4 Jahren (inkl. Verlängerungsoptionen) ausgeschrieben. Für weitere Einzelheiten allgemeiner Art bzw. spezifisch zu den einzelnen Losen ist die Leistungsbeschreibung mitsamt den Vertragsbedingungen und insbesondere die Ziffern 4 ff. zwingend zu beachten. Der AN erstellt einen Speiseplanvorschlag für die Grundschule. Ein Menüzyklus von 6 Wochen ist einzuhalten. Der Speiseplanvorschlag enthält 2 Menülinien (davon eine vegetarisch) sowie ein täglich wechselndes Speiseangebot und wird den Schulen spätestens 2 Wochen vor Beginn des Lieferzeitraumes als Auswahl zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Schule hat innerhalb von 1 Woche eine Auswahl der Speisen vorzunehmen. Nähere Informationen zum Speiseplanvorschlag entnehmen Sie bitte dem Pkt. 4.3 der Leistungsbeschreibung.
