Les prestations comprennent la fourniture de licences AutoCAD et autres produits Autodesk (renouvellements, nouvelles acquisitions et mises à jour) y compris le support à l'installation, le support à l'utilisateur et le maintien en conditions opérationnelles. A ces prestations s'ajoutent : - la fourniture de licences AutoCAD et autres produits Autodesk ; - la formation des administrateurs ; - la formations des utilisateurs.
