La présente consultation a pour objet de concéder ou de déléguer, par le biais d'un contrat de concession de service public, la gestion et l'exploitation de quatre (4) Établissements d'Accueil du Jeune Enfant (EAJE) de type multi-accueil. La présente consultation est menée en application des articles L.1411-1 et suivants et R. 1411-1 et suivants du Code général des Collectivités territoriales, et conformément aux dispositions pertinentes du Code de la Commande Publique, et notamment de sa troisième partie. L'exploitation d'un établissement d'accueil du jeune enfant relevant des services dits sociaux et spécifiques au sens de l'Annexe 3 du Code de la Commande Publique (code CPV 85312110-3), la procédure applicable est la procédure simplifiée. La consultation est par ailleurs menée dans le cadre d'une procédure ouverte, en application de la jurisprudence issue de l'arrêt " Corsica Ferries " (CE, 15 décembre 2006).
