Le marché porte sur la fourniture de compteurs d’électricité HTA "Saphir". Le marché se composera de 3 périodes : - une période ferme de 7 mois : du 01/01/27 au 31/07/2027 pour un volume de 800 compteurs. - une période optionnelle de durée n°1 : 3 mois du 01/08 au 31/10/2027 pour un volume de 800 compteurs. - une période optionnelle de durée n°2 : 4 mois du 01/11 au 29/02/2028 pour un volume de 1050 compteurs. Conformément à l'article R.2162-4 du Code de la Commande Publique, le volume maximum du présent accord-cadre est d'environ 3312 compteurs pour la durée du marché, étant précisé que cette indication n'a aucune valeur d'engagement contractuel pour l'entreprise.
