En raison d'un besoin récent de soutenir d'autres sites universitaires, une extension des zones existantes d'hébergement des animaux de laboratoire est prévue. Les prestations prévues après l'extension comprennent le transport et la stérilisation d'environ 1 200 cages, 1 200 flacons et 20 racks dans une laverie spécialement prévue à cet effet. Au total, deux autoclaves sont nécessaires pour ces processus.
