Lot 1: Ce lot de l’accord-cadre concerne la fourniture de matériels ainsi que la prestation de services, ayant pour finalité la mise à disposition d’armoires d’alimentation et d’équipements réseau standardisés, dénommés « Network Racks », destinés à être intégrés à l’infrastructure GSM-R et au futur réseau FRMCS 5G. Ces armoires conçues pour une installation extérieure se distingueront par leur robustesse, et seront spécifiquement élaborées afin de garantir une continuité de service durable. Elles assureront l’alimentation en 48V ainsi que la connexion au réseau SDH/IP des stations BTS du système GSM-R et des équipements radio du réseau FRMCS 5G. À leur livraison, elles seront intégralement équipées, incluant en partie des dispositifs fournis par Infrabel. Par ailleurs, le prestataire devra impérativement disposer des infrastructures logistiques nécessaires afin d’assurer l’entreposage sécurisé des armoires entièrement équipées.
