Gegenstand dieses Los 1 ist die Vergabe einer Rahmenvereinbarungen über die Prozessberatung zum betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagement (BGM) von Krankenhäusern und (teil-)stationären Pflegeeinrichtungen auf Grundlage der in § 20b i. V. m. § 20 SGB V definierten Leistungen der gesetzlichen Krankenversicherung an bis zu drei Rahmenvertragspartner. Die Prozess- und Organisationsberatung sowie die Maßnahmenumsetzung in ambulanten Pflegediensten ist Gegenstand des separaten Los 2. Im Zuge der Leistungserbringung soll in einem ersten Schritt ein umfassender Beratungsansatz zur gesundheitsfördernden Organisationsentwicklung und die Durchführung der Prozessberatung in (teil-)stationären Pflegeeinrichtungen und Krankenhäusern nach den Förder- und Qualitätskriterien des Leitfadens Prävention gemäß § 20b i. V. m. § 20 SGB V konzipiert werden. Auf Grundlage dieses Beratungsansatzes sollen die vorgenannten Einrichtungen ganzheitlich beraten werden und Beschäftigte sowie Führungskräfte von (teil-)stationären Pflegeeinrichtungen und Krankenhäusern in ihrer Arbeit durch betriebliche Gesundheitsförderung unterstützt werden. Zielstellung ist es, die Einrichtungen in einem ganzheitlichen Prozess zu beraten und die Einführung bzw. Weiterentwicklung des betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagements (BGM) zu erreichen.
