Bij een Parkeertelling wordt gevraagd om per locatie inzichtelijk te maken wat de capaciteit van auto parkeren is en de actuele parkeerbezetting tijdens de gemeten periode. Dit leidt tot een parkeerdruk. Parkeerdruk is het aantal geparkeerde voertuigen ten opzichte van de beschikbare parkeerruimte in een gebied. Een meer gedetailleerdere uitwerking is te vinden in Bijlage 11 – Uitvoering Parkeertelling.
