Verkeerslichten en telpunten maken een logging aan voor verkeersdata. Deze logging wil de Gemeente Helmond kunnen analyseren. Daarvoor is het nodig om deze Vlog (MV files in oudere automaten) op te halen en op te slaan. Het doel van de aanbesteding is daarom: de levering van een Vlog Analyse Tool inclusief onderhoudscontract, om deze data vervolgens te kunnen analyseren. 4 jaar met een optie tot verlengen 1 malig voor 2 jaar.
