Gegenstand dieses Verfahrens sind die Planungsleistungen (Lph 1-9) für Ingenieurbauwerke (§ 43 HOAI) einschl. der örtlichen Bauüberwachung sowie weitere Besondere Leistungen. Vom Auftragnehmer sind die vollständigen Planungsleistungen der Leistungsphasen 1 bis 4 (Grundlagenermittlung bis Genehmigungsplanung) für die Basisabdichtung des Deponieabschnittes III sowie die endgültige Oberflächenabdichtung der Deponieabschnitte I bis III der Deponie Schneeweiderhof zu erbringen. Die Planungs- und Bauleistungen der Leistungsphasen 5 bis 8 (Ausführungsplanung bis Bauoberleitung) sind vom Auftragnehmer ausschließlich für die Basisabdichtung des Deponieabschnittes III sowie für die endgültige Oberflächenabdichtung der Deponieabschnitte I und II der Deponie Schneeweiderhof zu erbringen. Beabsichtigt ist eine stufenweise Beauftragung der Leistungen. Die nähere Erläuterung des Vorhabens ist in der Unterlage „Leistungsbeschreibung“ enthalten. Die Leistungsbeschreibung wird Teil des Ingenieurvertrags. Die entsprechenden Entwürfe sind den Vergabeunterlagen beigefügt.
