Ved nærværende udbud ønsker Ordregiver at oprette et dynamisk indkøbssystem for indkvartering af personer efter behov, fx personer fordrevet pga. krig og personer med behov for isolationsbolig pga. pandemier, som fordrer Ordregiver til at skulle yde indkvarteringsfaciliteter. I det dynamiske indkøbssystem ønsker Ordregiver at optage ansøgere, som efterlever egnethedskravene og som ikke er omfattet af en eller flere af udelukkelsesgrundene.Det dynamisk indkøbssystem udbydes efter light-regimet, jf. udbudslovens afsnit 3 § § 186-189, da systemets ydelser vurderes omfattet af CPV-koderne 55110000 ”Hotel – indlogering” og 55200000 ”Campingpladser og andre indkvarteringsfaciliteter, ikke hoteller”.
