Das Grundstück Sophienstraße 29, in 10317 Berlin liegt im Bezirk Lichtenberg, im Ortsteil Rummelsburg. Es handelt sich hierbei um das Flur-stück 305 der Gemarkung Lichtenberg. Eigentümerin des unbebauten Grundstücks ist die Liegenschaftsfonds Berlin GmbH & Co. KG. Das Grundstück wird im Rahmen eines Konzeptverfahrens angeboten. Zielsetzung ist die Bestellung eines Erbbaurechts für 99 Jahre an dem insgesamt ca 5.209 m² großem Grundstück u.a. mit dem Inhalt einen Wohnstandort herzustellen wobei der Fokus auf die Schaffung sozialer Infrastruktur und die Deckung von Wohnbedarfen gelegt wird. Weitere Einzelheiten zur konkreten Grundstückssituation, den damit verbundenen Anforderungen der Grundstückseigentümer sowie zum Konzeptverfahren sind den zur Verfügung gestellten Vergabeunterlagen zu entnehmen.
