Ziel des gegenständlichen Verfahrens ist der Abschluss eines Pachtvertrags über die in den Ausschreibungsunterlagen beschriebenen Liegenschaften zwischen der Verpächterin einerseits und der:dem im Verfahren bestgereihten Bieter:in andererseits (kurz „Pachtvertrag“).
